3' x 6' project pipeline poster printed on vinyl.  Made for 3" x 3" Post-its.  Improvement ideas are posted along bottom edge.  Then prioritized based on impact and benefit.  Projects are selected and moved to the funnel input where they are assigned owners and dates.  Project progresss is then visual as the post-it moves through the center section.  Completed projects remain on the right hand side for 30 to 60 days to measure effectiveness.
